This career opportunity will also hold training responsibilities of the Department while promoting the health, safety and well-being of person's served and One Vision employees.Along with training responsibilities, you will also coordinate the assessment and clinical monitoring of the health and physical welfare of those on your caseload by organizing and implementing all aspects of their nursing care. You will support people with any appointments and monitor the follow up from the appointments. When a new medication is introduced, you administer it and train the medication aides and med managers to ensure the proper care of each person.QUALIFICATIONS Current RN license. Training experience preferred. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to work on-call. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
