DTZ has an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Fort Dodge, IA.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Responsible for all aspects of DTZ operations at the customer''s job site. Includes, but not limited to, DTZ
contract deliverables and service delivery, operational performance, safety performance, financial
performance, and administrative performance
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
1. This position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and performance of all assigned
maintenance and facility support activities.
2. This includes Safety First program leadership, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy
implementation / enforcement, budget preparation and cost control.
3. Includes profit and loss responsibility for the account, quality control, maintenance process development and
conformance, and all account administrative functions. Must demonstrate good judgment at all times when
making decisions affecting the company's business.
4. This position will be responsible for all UGL Services salaried and hourly positions at this account. Oversight of all processes ensuring UGL Services conformance to federal, state, and local regulations, and conformance with company and customer policies.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:
1. Interact with customer and client personnel to determine customer/client expectations.
2. Coordinate activities throughout customer/client portfolio to ensure effective, efficient performance in all
assigned activities. Assist in the development of long range planning in support of the customer/client and the
company's goals and objectives.
3. Development and maintenance of performance metrics records
4. Communications with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in
support of the company's goals and objectives
5. Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
6. Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
JOB RELATIONS:
This position will report to the Operations Manager, but will work closely with the customer's
Maintenance & Reliability Manager(s), other key customer personnel, and vendors.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED. An advanced degree in
Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management is preferred, but not required.
2.
Experience: Possess a minimum of five years experience in maintenance management, with experience in
supervision, planning / scheduling, and estimating preferred.
3. Accreditation: Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional
organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired.
4. Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint.

or fork-lift. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
