Developing, implementing and directing the overall operations of the plant through the use of appropriate reporting, staff meetings, observation, and personal contact;
Motivating and developing subordinate managers, staff, and line supervisors;
Directing, advising and solving production, egg packing, egg breaking and related problems by resolving and implementing corrective action and procedures;
Coordinating and directing major projects including expansions, acquisitions, installation of capital equipment, major repairs and overhauls, facility layout changes, etc.;
Directing and planning continuous improvement of operational areas and associated staff;
Planning manpower requirements based on forecasts and business plans;
Ensuring compliance with all local, State and Federal regulations and operating permits;
This position reports to the Sr. Operations Manager.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred; Business Management, Poultry Science or related disciplines.

Experience:
5
years of experience in progressive leadership roles in farming or manufacturing environment;
Chicken keeping for eggs and liquid or shell egg processing experience is required;
Detailed knowledge of poultry husbandry;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentations, motivating and business knowledge skills;
Ability to create an environment that promotes training, team building, and change in a constructive manner;
Ability to effectively interact with customers and executive leaders.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
