Sr. HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates for open positions through multiple sources
Improve sourcing through researching options within geographical area;
Screen application and resumes to asses qualifications for the position;
Coordinate the interview process between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the position;
Track application EEO classifications using the voluntary identification form;
Schedule pre-employment physicals and drug screens;
Function as the point person for all safety related issues and concerns;
Assist Payroll and Benefits Coordinator with open enrollment for health insurance as requested;

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment;
HR related experience in an agricultural environment preferred, but not required;
Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred, but not required;
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus;

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
