Sr. HR Generalist 46090

Recruiting candidates for open positions; Improving sourcing through researching options within geographical area; Screening application and resumes to assess qualifications for the position; Coordinating the interview process between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the position; Tracking application EEO classifications using the voluntary identification form; Scheduling pre-employment physicals and drug screens; Functioning as the point person for all safety related issues and concerns; Assisting Payroll and Benefits Coordinator with open enrollment for health insurance as requested.
4-year degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
Required Skills:
3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment; Experience in Employee Relations, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, safety, progressive discipline, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, etc.
; HR related experience in an agricultural environment is a plus; Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred, but not required; Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
